At NAKATA, we value the quality of our products and your satisfaction. That's why we offer a quick and efficient warranty service. Our products are covered against manufacturing defects, according to the established timeframes and mileage.
Please refer to the table below to learn about the coverage periods for each product. Our warranty covers the replacement of the faulty product or a refund of the purchase amount, excluding any additional costs related to the replacement.

To request warranty service, simply contact the establishment where you purchased the product. They will be responsible for handling all warranty-related matters, such as assessments, returns, or refunds.
Please remember that it is important for the warranty certificate to be properly filled out by the retailer at the time of purchase. The presentation of the correctly completed certificate, along with the purchase invoice, is necessary to validate the warranty. For shock absorbers, the certificate must also be accompanied by the self-adhesive label included in the original product packaging.
If you do not have the certificate on hand, you can request warranty service by presenting the purchase invoice, as long as it is within 90 days from the date of sale.

Nakata warranty periods follow the standars of each country. Please consult the legislation of your country.
The high quality of NAKATA products allows us to offer an extended warranty period for our products, as shown in the table below. The warranty period is counted from the date of purchase, following the legislation of your country.
In any other type of occurrence, the replacement of the product under warranty will be subject to the technical assessment of the part by NAKATA. The warranty will not be valid when the part exhibits:
(a) damage caused by an accident;
(b) defective and/or inadequate installation;
(c) damage caused by suspension components in poor condition or vehicles that are not in their original state;
(d) the use of inappropriate tools.
For the new part (replacement product), the remaining warranty period of the replaced part will be maintained.
